Pristine and modern facility, but customer service is lacking severely. To add insult to injury, the Syrian/Lebanese salesman (bald guy named Osama) was totally creeping on me and my 13 year old daughter to the point where we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave.

The most horrible experience of After sale service is AGMC. I own a BMW 7 and it is my 4th Service and find nothing has improved with AGMC. 6 days since my car is with AGMC ( for standard yearly service) and complete silence. Rather I have to call up every day requesting for an update. Today after being promised for the delivery waited for 45 minutes and then was told to wait for additional 30 Min. I refused to collect the car and walked out. Last year for me to be with AGMC ( sorry BMW) and will sell of the car and buy a brand not promoted by AGMC. Did fill up the feed back form and now let us see how and what the respond
